Nanny in Kingston Hill (autism experience)

An experienced full-time Nanny is required as soon as possible for a family in Kingston Hill (KT2). The position can by offered on either a live-in or live-out basis! SEN experience is essential.
The role will involve attending to the needs of the children who are aged 5 years and 3 years. The oldest has Autism and ADHD and the family would like a confident nanny who has experience working with children with these needs.
The position is of a full time nature, working 9am until 5pm or 6pm, Monday through to Friday. Flexibility is essential for this position. Competitive salary to be negotiated, depending of level of skill and experience.
In September 2020, when the children return to school (pending the ongoing COVID-19 situation) the hours will decrease to 2pm until 8pm Monday to Friday during term time (30 hours a week). During school holidays, approximately 18 weeks of the year, the nanny will be required to work full time hours of 9am until 6pm, Monday through to Friday.
It is important to the family that their nanny is kind, considerate, caring and patient. You should have experience caring for two children simultaneously and multitasking.
The family also employ housekeepers so the focus for the nanny will primarily be the children's care and development, as well as typically helping to keep their bedrooms and play areas organised and tidy, to prepare healthy meals and snacks for them, take them on trips and outings locally, and to groups and activities.
This family require a confident driver and there is a nanny car available for use on duty. This is a long term role and the family are looking for their nanny to become a part of the family, to support their son and daughter as they continue to grow and learn.
