Part-Time (Two Day) Daily Nanny (Putney) POSITION FILLED

We have a lovely, easy-going family looking for an energetic and affectionate Nanny to care for their two children, boy nearly two years old and girl 4 years old. The eldest will be attending school from September so the majority of the care will be focused on the youngest child during the day. This is a two day, sole charge, permanent role. 

Start Date: ASAP                                                                  

Days and Hours: Monday and Tuesday - 7:30am – 6:30pm

Salary: £15 - £16 Gross per hour/£330 - £352 Gross per week

Duties:

The Nanny would complete school drop off and pick up for the eldest and take her to any after school activities in term time. It would be a bonus if the Nanny could fit in some homework time but not essential. The Nanny would be asked to take the youngest to local groups and activities, organise play dates and plan age appropriate activities at home and in the school holidays the Nanny would be able to take the children on fun, educational trips. Usual nursery duties apply, such as preparing healthy meals for the children, completing the children’s laundry and keeping play areas tidy.

 

Requirements:

-        Must have a minimum of 2-3 years Nanny experience with children of a similar age

-        Childcare Qualification would be a bonus

-        Experience with phonics would be a bonus

-        Up to date DBS

-        Paediatric First Aid

-        Fluent in English

 

Role would suit:

The family are looking for a Nanny who is firm but fair and is able to put boundaries in place, as well as being able to have fun and be affectionate with the children. This role would suit a Nanny who is energetic and enjoys the outdoors. The family are also looking for a Nanny who can provide a healthy, varied diet and encourage the children to try new things.
